Pear and Lassi plum smoothie

3 pears
2 pots of natural yoghurt
1 dl pear juice
1 dessert spoon lemon juice

200 g plums
180 g lemon yoghurt
4 dessert spoons lemon juice

1 dl mineral water
3 dessert spoon honey
4 ice cubes

Lassi pears
Puree the peeled pears with the remaining ingredients using the multi-purpose blade and whip the mixture up into a foam using the beater.

Plums
Puree everything together in a jug using the multi-purpose blade.

Banana and strawberry frappé

For 2 large glasses

4–5 ice cubes
1–2 bananas (or oranges, strawberries,
raspberries, mandarin oranges etc.)
1 dessert spoon vanilla cream powder
3 dl milk

Using the multi-purpose blade, mix the ice cubes, fruit and vanilla powder together into a puree. Add the milk and beat the mixture until it is light and fluffy.

Coffee frappé

For 2 large glasses
2 dl cold water
2 dessert spoons soluble coffee powder
5 ice cubes
2 dessert spoons icing sugar
1 dessert spoon vanilla sugar
1 dl coffee cream


Using a beater, beat the water and coffee powder together in a jug until stiff. Crush the ice cubes in the processor and pour these over the coffee foam. Add the icing sugar, vanilla sugar and cream, whip up this mixture once again into foam with the beater and serve immediately.

Pear dream

¼ of a ripe pear cut into pieces
½ oz. maple syrup
¼ oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
½ oz. cognac
½ oz. brown rum
¼ oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. sparkling water
Ice cubes


In a jug, using the multipurpose blade, mash pear with the orange juice and syrup. Add the cognac, the rum, the vodka and stir briefly with ice.  Strain into a chilled champagne flute or martini glass and finish with sparkling water. Garnish with a couple slices of pear.
